Machine repair for hospitality & hotels plants

Hotels, resorts and large kitchens depend on machinery that guests never see: chillers and air handling units, DG sets and UPS, boilers and hot-water systems, pumps, commercial laundry machines, kitchen equipment, cold rooms and lifts. When any of it fails, guests are usually the first to notice.

Most of this plant runs on motors, drives, contactors and simple controllers, and fails in the same ways as factory equipment: heat in plant rooms, dust in panels, worn contactors, and drives that trip after years without cleaning. Repairs usually have to happen during quiet hours.

03 / A typical fault

A fault pattern worth knowing

Pressure booster pumps that keep starting and stopping, with water pressure swinging, usually have a sensor or tuning problem rather than a pump problem. A failing pressure transmitter, a waterlogged pressure tank or a VFD with poorly set PID values makes the system hunt. Checking the transmitter reading against a gauge is the first step.

06 / Questions

Hospitality & Hotels: common questions

Can repairs be done at night or outside guest hours?+

Planned work can be scheduled for quiet hours by arrangement. Breakdowns are handled when a technician is available, and we tell you who and when before you confirm.

Do you service commercial laundry machines?+

The electrical and control side, including motors, inverters, controllers, heaters and door interlocks, yes. Maker-specific programming may need the manufacturer's tools, which we confirm after seeing the machine.

How do we get a technician for a breakdown in a hospitality & hotels plant?+

Send the machine, the fault code or symptom and the plant location by WhatsApp or phone. We match a technician who works on that equipment and tell you who is available and when before you confirm.

Can we set up scheduled maintenance instead of calling for breakdowns?+

Yes. A planned maintenance schedule covers the machines you choose, with visit frequency set by how much each machine's failure costs you.

What happens if parts are needed during a repair?+

The technician lists the parts needed and the sourcing options before anything is fitted. Parts are quoted separately from labour.
