Temperature & Process Controllers repair
Temperature, PID, pressure and burner controllers, programmers and chart recorders. Common faults
What usually fails on Temperature & Process Controllers
Wrong or unstable reading
Damaged thermocouple or RTD input circuits, often from a sensor short or a surge on the sensor wiring.
Output not switching
Burnt output relays, failed SSR drivers or damaged analog output stages.
Dead display
Failed internal power supply or display driver.
