SINUMERIK faults split between the NC/PLC side (700x–800x alarms, machine-data or PLC issues) and the drive side (25000-series axis alarms tied to SIMODRIVE/SINAMICS). We read the alarm history, check the drive integration and the measuring system before deciding whether it's a controller, a drive module or a feedback fault.
We keep and restore machine data and PLC archives so accuracy and referencing are preserved, and can retrofit an obsolete 802D/810D control to 828D where spares have run out.
