About Schneider Electric VFD Repair
Altivar fault codes make triage quick: OCF (overcurrent) points at the IGBT stage or motor, OHF (overheat) at a clogged heatsink or dead fan — common in Hyderabad's dusty packaging and textile units — and OSF/PHF at the supply side. We read the fault history in SoMove, test the power stage and DC bus, and check the cooling path before quoting.
ATV71 is end-of-life; we repair it at component level to keep you running and can migrate the parameter set to an ATV630/ATV930 when the power module is no longer available.
