About Mitsubishi Electric VFD Repair
Mitsubishi FR faults read plainly: E.OC (overcurrent) at the IGBT/motor, E.OV (overvoltage) at braking/supply, E.THM/E.THT (overload) at the motor or duty, and E.FIN (heatsink overheat) at cooling — a frequent one in Hyderabad's dust. We read the fault history in FR Configurator2, test the power stage and DC bus, and check the fan and heatsink before quoting.
FR-A700 and FR-S500 are end-of-life; we repair them at component level and migrate parameters to FR-A800/FR-E800 when the power board is no longer available.
